New electrical installations in Belgrade

Flats, houses and commercial units — a complete installation to current regulations, with measurements and documentation.

From 1.800 RSD · per point, excluding materials

A new installation is the one chance to do everything properly without compromise — and the one chance to bury a mistake in a wall for thirty years.

How we work

Layout first. We walk the flat with you and mark what goes where: how many sockets per wall, exactly where behind the bed and behind the TV, where a double is needed, where the air conditioning feed goes and where surface-mounted lighting lands. This conversation is the cheapest part of the job and the one that pays back most.

Then the distribution scheme — how many circuits, what sits on each, where things are split. Kitchen and bathroom always on their own circuits; cooker, water heater and air conditioning each on theirs.

Then chasing, laying in conduit, junction boxes in accessible positions (not buried), the board, and measurements at the end.

What we install

Copper, cross-section chosen for the circuit's load rather than out of habit. Conduit run so a cable can later be pulled out and replaced without breaking the wall open — that is the difference between an installation you maintain and one you demolish.

Junction boxes labelled and accessible. For every fault over the next twenty years, that is the difference between half an hour and half a day of searching.

Documentation

We photograph every wall before it is closed up, with the routes visible. That is the document you want the first time somebody drills to hang a shelf.

Insulation, earthing and loop impedance measurements go with it, in writing.

Call before the builders do

If you are stripping out or planning, get in touch before the builders start. The layout is agreed while the walls are bare, and that is a week earlier than most people call an electrician.

Common questions

What counts as a 'point' in the price?

One point is one connection position — a socket, a switch, a lighting outlet or a feed for an appliance. Pricing per point is the usual way to compare a flat with 60 points and a flat with 30 points fairly.

How long does a full flat take?

For 60 m², reckon about a week for chasing and laying, plus a day or two for the board and final measurements once the plasterers and painters are done.

Do you produce a drawing?

For a flat we produce a distribution scheme and a point layout before anything starts — that is what you sign off before a single wall gets chased. For buildings that need a certified design we work with a designer.

When is the right time to call an electrician?

Before anyone starts painting or laying floors, and ideally as soon as the strip-out is done. Electrics are the first trade in and the last out — socket positions get agreed while the walls are still bare.
